Before the program, I had a very disconnected and negative relationship with food—either overeating out of emotion or restricting myself too much. Now, I’ve developed a sense of peace around food. I no longer feel controlled by cravings or emotions, and I’ve gained a greater sense of self-trust. My relationship with food has completely shifted from one of guilt and shame to one of nourishment and balance.
Before the program, I felt anxious and conflicted about food. I was often either eating out of stress or avoiding food because of fear of losing control. I had a lot of negative beliefs surrounding eating, food choices, and my body. Now, I feel a sense of freedom and calm.

Answer: In this capacity I am working as a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and coach. I am not working as your GP. Although I bring a lot of knowledge and skills from my career as a GP, if there are specific medical issues that you have questions about, or diagnoses you wish to have made, then I will advise you to speak with your GP. If you mention symptoms which sound concerning I will always advise you to speak to your doctor.
Answer: The sessions are individual and online via Zoom. They take place weekly, lasting around an hour. The times vary depending on the day, usually between 9.30-4pm, I do some later calls so please ask. I advise to keep the same day and time slot where possible each week. Sessions are weekly for 12 weeks.
Answer: Yes. 3 months is the time it takes to use and cement all the tools and resources you'll need to make significant changes. However, everyone is unique and sometimes people require a longer amount of time spent focusing on certain areas (such as nutrition or emotional regulation). The program can be extended, the pricing is based on how much longer is required.
Answer: I ask for payments to be received prior to the first consultation (or first installment if this is the payment method). If you decide after the first session that you are not ready to commit at the time and do not wish to continue the program, a partial refund is available. The refund policy is in the client contract which will be sent prior to the first session.
Answer: The online sessions are weekly, for around an hour. I try and keep the same day and time each week for clients. If there are certain weeks you can't make, we can postpone and continue the following week (extending the program). Ideally I would need to know in advance about these dates, but if something comes up last minute then I can try and rearrange in the same week (availability depending).
There may be a week in the program when I am away, and for that week the program will be postponed (again, the program will be extended) and I will give you notice about this.
